It all starts with cutting the sheet metal (carried out by our specialized partners), where each component is prepared according to the drawings. We then shape the parts by bending, and create cylindrical sections by rolling or using suitable tubes.

Next comes a key step: assembly by TIG welding, which is at the heart of our expertise. This is where the hopper takes shape, with particular attention paid to strength and watertightness.

At the same time, we manufacture a custom-made support frame to ensure stability and seamless integration.

Next come the finishing steps (grinding and polishing), which ensure durability and quality.

The hopper will then undergo rigorous quality control to ensure compliance and reliability under operating conditions.
